This policy explains what information may be handled when you use Mewton's Liquid Lab and how KAL Foundry treats that information.
Game Data
The app may store puzzle progress, rewards, Goldfish balances, unlocked boosters, music, decorations, preferences, achievements, streaks, and challenge results. This information is used to operate the game and preserve your progress. Offline game data may be stored locally on your device.
Analytics and Diagnostics
Depending on app and platform configuration, the app may collect limited crash, performance, device, and gameplay event information needed to operate, debug, secure, and improve the game.
Support Communications
If you contact KAL Foundry for support, we may receive your name, email address, message contents, and any diagnostic details or attachments you choose to provide.
Data Sharing
KAL Foundry does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate and support the app, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or at your direction.
Data Retention and Your Choices
Locally stored game data remains on your device until removed through the app, by uninstalling it, or through your device settings. Support records and limited diagnostics may be retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal obligations, and app improvement. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Children's Privacy
Mewton's Liquid Lab is not directed to children under 13, and KAL Foundry does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Terms of Use
By using Mewton's Liquid Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Permitted Use
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and store terms. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, exploit, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Virtual Items and Progress
Goldfish, boosters, decorations, music, rewards, achievements, and other virtual items have no cash value and are licensed only for use inside Mewton's Liquid Lab. Game balance, rewards, levels, and features may change over time.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its characters, artwork, text, audio, software, and game design, is owned by or licensed to KAL Foundry and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and Changes
KAL Foundry may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time. Offline play may depend on device compatibility and previously downloaded app content.

Mewton's Liquid Lab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAL Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
