This page contains the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for Mewton's Liquid Lab, a mobile puzzle game published by KAL Foundry, LLC ("KAL Foundry," "we," "our," or "us").
The short version: we design the game to work without an account, avoid collecting sensitive personal information, keep core progress on your device where practical, and use service providers only for app operation, support, security, analytics, advertising, and store services when those features are enabled.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how KAL Foundry handles information when you download, install, access, or use Mewton's Liquid Lab, related app store pages, support channels, and this legal page.
Mewton's Liquid Lab is a puzzle game. It is not a social network, does not require a KAL Foundry account, and is not designed to collect contact lists, precise location, photos, videos, microphone audio, camera data, health data, biometric data, government IDs, or financial account numbers.
Local game progress may remain only on your device unless the app, operating system, app store, cloud backup, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, support, or purchase systems transmit related data.
Notice at Collection
Depending on your app version, device settings, platform, region, and optional features, we or our service providers may handle the following categories of information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. If advertising identifiers or similar data are used for cross-context behavioral advertising, some laws may describe that activity as a "sale" or "sharing." How We Use Information
- Operate the app, save progress, provide features, and honor settings.
- Provide support, verify purchases, restore entitlements, and respond to requests.
- Debug crashes, improve performance, analyze gameplay, and fix defects.

Advertising, Analytics & Platform Services
Mewton's Liquid Lab may use third-party SDKs or platform services, including app stores, operating system services, analytics tools, diagnostics tools, and Google AdMob where advertising is enabled. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your device may offer advertising controls such as "Allow Apps to Request to Track," "Personalized Ads," "Opt out of Ads Personalization," "Delete advertising ID," "Limit Ad Tracking," or similar settings. The exact controls depend on your operating system, app store, device, region, and consent prompts.
In-App Purchases
If Mewton's Liquid Lab offers in-app purchases, purchases are optional and processed by the applicable app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. KAL Foundry does not receive your full payment card number or app store account password. We may receive limited purchase, refund, and entitlement information needed to provide, restore, audit, or support purchased content.
Retention & Deletion
Locally stored game data remains on your device until deleted through the app, reset through the app or device settings, removed through operating system tools, or removed by uninstalling the app. App store, cloud backup, analytics, advertising, diagnostics, support, and legal records may be retained by KAL Foundry or service providers for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
We will honor valid deletion requests where applicable, but we may retain information needed to complete transactions, provide support, detect security incidents, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain records that we are allowed to keep.
Your Choices & Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of sale or sharing, opt-out of targeted advertising, or appeal of a privacy decision. You can submit a request using the contact information below.
We may need information to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, but some features may be unavailable if necessary information is deleted or disabled.
Children's Privacy
Mewton's Liquid Lab is not directed to children under 13, and KAL Foundry does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information where required. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16.
Security & International Transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
KAL Foundry is based in the United States. If you use the app outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law or platform policy.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and KAL Foundry, LLC for your use of Mewton's Liquid Lab. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms include limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, and an individual arbitration and class action waiver section to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Eligibility & Parental Responsibility
You may use Mewton's Liquid Lab only if you can form a binding agreement with KAL Foundry or if your parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for a minor's use of the app, purchases, device settings, and compliance with these Terms.
License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules, KAL Foundry grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Mewton's Liquid Lab on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or exploit the app commercially.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Bypass, tamper with, or disable security, ads, purchases, entitlements, progression, limits, or technical protections.
- Use bots, scripts, cheats, exploits, unauthorized clients, data mining, scraping, or automated access.
- Interfere with the app, service providers, app stores, networks, devices, or other users.
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe activity.
Virtual Items & Progress
Goldfish, boosters, music, decorations, rewards, achievements, streaks, levels, challenge results, currencies, and other virtual items or game progress are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable outside the app, and may not be redeemed for money, goods, services, or anything of value.
KAL Foundry may modify, rebalance, limit, suspend, remove, reset, or discontinue virtual items, rewards, levels, features, or game progress at any time to operate, update, secure, or improve the app.
Purchases, Refunds & Restore
If Mewton's Liquid Lab offers purchases, purchases are optional and handled by the app store or payment platform where you obtained the app. Prices, taxes, billing, family sharing, refunds, chargebacks, and payment credentials are governed by that platform's rules. KAL Foundry may provide purchase support, but refund requests must usually be submitted through the platform that processed the transaction.
Consumable items may be depleted when used. Non-consumable entitlements may require restore functionality, platform account access, compatible devices, internet access, or proof of purchase. The app does not provide subscriptions unless an app store listing or purchase screen expressly states otherwise.
Ads & Rewarded Content
If ads or rewarded ads are enabled, ad availability, eligibility, rewards, frequency, and delivery may vary by region, device, connection, platform, inventory, consent settings, and fraud prevention rules. KAL Foundry is not responsible for third-party ad content, destination pages, offers, or claims.
Updates, Offline Play & Availability
KAL Foundry may update, patch, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue Mewton's Liquid Lab or any part of it at any time. Offline play may depend on the app version, device compatibility, local data, previously downloaded content, app store status, and features that do not require an active connection.
We do not guarantee that the app, content, ads, purchases, restored entitlements, levels, events, challenges, or support channels will always be available, error-free, compatible, secure, or uninterrupted.
Intellectual Property
Mewton's Liquid Lab, including software, code, designs, characters, names, artwork, animations, audio, text, mechanics, levels, branding, and other content, is owned by KAL Foundry or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly stated in these Terms.
Feedback
If you send ideas, bug reports, suggestions, feature requests, comments, or other feedback, you grant KAL Foundry a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.
App Stores & Third-Party Terms
Your use of the app may also be governed by Apple App Store, Google Play, device manufacturer, operating system, carrier, advertising, analytics, payment, and other third-party terms and policies. Those third parties are not responsible for providing support for the app unless their own terms say otherwise.
If you downloaded the app from Apple, these Terms are between you and KAL Foundry, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
No Real-World Advice
Mewton's Liquid Lab is a fictional puzzle game. It does not provide scientific, chemical, laboratory, safety, educational, medical, or professional advice. Do not use the app as instructions for real-world experiments or handling of liquids, chemicals, glassware, or lab equipment.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or any feature if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the app, or if continued operation is no longer commercially, technically, or legally practical. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the app.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mewton's Liquid Lab is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAL Foundry and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; device failure; or unauthorized access arising from or related to the app or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAL Foundry's total liability for all claims relating to the app or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to KAL Foundry through the app in the six months before the event giving rise to liability or USD $100.
Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KAL Foundry and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of rights of another person or entity.
Disputes, Arbitration & Class Waiver
Before filing a claim, you and KAL Foundry agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice to the contact address below and allowing 30 days for a good-faith resolution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court and not as a class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access, or pursuing claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing team@kalfoundry.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms and stating your name, the app name, and that you opt out of arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise. Subject to the arbitration section, courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes that proceed in court.
Changes to These Terms
KAL Foundry may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If you continue using the app after updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. KAL Foundry's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or by operation of law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase or store terms, are the entire agreement between you and KAL Foundry for the app.
