Planet Foundry Privacy Policy

Planet Foundry is made by KAL Foundry, LLC ("we"). This policy explains what information the game collects and why.

No accounts, no personal information

Planet Foundry has no sign-up or login. We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, photos, contacts or precise location. There is no chat and no way to share content with other players. Characters you create stay on your device.

What is collected, and by whom

• Gameplay statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): a fixed list of game events such as tutorial progress, which planet is played and whether a purchase succeeded, plus a random app-installation ID and an approximate country or region derived from the IP address. These are not linked to anyone's identity. We use them to improve the game.
• Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics): technical details when the game crashes (device model, iOS version, memory, what the game was doing). No user ID.
• Game settings (Google Firebase Remote Config): the game checks for balance settings at most every 12 hours using a random installation ID.
• Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat): Apple processes all payments; we never see card or payment details. RevenueCat records purchases under a random anonymous ID so they can be delivered and restored.
• Optional reward videos (Google AdMob): only when the player chooses to watch one. Every ad request is marked as directed to children and under the age of consent, limited to G-rated content, and non-personalized. AdMob may collect a device-level ID, approximate location from the IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure the ad. We do not use the advertising identifier, and the game never asks for tracking permission.

We do not sell personal information, share data for tracking, or use data for targeted advertising.

Children's privacy

Planet Foundry is designed to be safe for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The information above is limited to non-identifying technical and gameplay data handled as described, and ads are child-directed, non-personalized and G-rated. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Retention

Analytics data is kept for 2 months. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.

Your choices and deletion

You can stop all collection by deleting the game. To ask us to delete data linked to your game's anonymous ID, open Settings > About > Player ID in the game and send that ID to team@kalfoundry.com. In-app purchases can be restored on a new device through Settings > PURCHASES > Restore purchases.
