do we own what you build?
Yes. The code, the domain, the hosting, and the app-store listings are set up in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep everything — no lock-in, no hostage situations.
what does it cost?
It depends on scope, so every project gets a written, fixed quote before work starts. If the scope changes mid-project, we agree on the change in writing first. Share a budget range in the form below and we'll tell you honestly what it can buy.
what does “forward deployed” mean?
It's how we describe the work, not a different kind of contract: engineers start from your problem and the tools you already use, and every project runs the same five steps — intro call, written quote, weekly builds, launch, and handover.
can you work with the tools we already use?
That's usually the point. Most business tools — QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, Stripe, popular CRMs — offer ways to connect. We check yours on the intro call and tell you up front if something can't be done.
which ai models do you use?
Whichever fits the job, your data rules, and your budget. We walk you through the options — and what each costs to run — before anything is built.
will ai see our customer data?
Only if the job needs it, and you decide. We map which data each AI feature touches before we build it, and the AI service accounts are set up in your name, like everything else.
do we need to be technical?
No. We explain decisions in plain language, and the weekly builds let you judge the work by using it — not by reading code.
how do the weekly builds work?
Every week you get a link to the current version. Click through it, leave notes, and we adjust. No waiting until the end to see what you paid for.
what happens after launch?
Run it yourselves — you have the code and the accounts — or put it on a monthly care plan: hosting, updates, fixes, and small changes.
what do you need from us?
One person who can make decisions, a short weekly check-in, and access to the tools we're connecting. We handle the rest.
