Planet Foundry Terms of Service

Effective date: November 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and KAL Foundry, LLC ("KAL Foundry", "we", "us") about your use of Planet Foundry. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Permitted use

Planet Foundry is provided for personal entertainment. You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules and store terms. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf and supervise your use and purchases.

The game, its design, artwork, sounds and included content belong to KAL Foundry or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes under these terms and the applicable App Store usage rules.

No accounts and local game data

Planet Foundry has no sign-up or login. Characters you create stay on your device. There is no chat or way to share content with other players. Removing the app or losing access to your device may result in loss of local game data. Restoring purchases does not necessarily restore local game progress.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are optional. Prices and what each purchase includes are shown in the app before you buy. Apple processes payments, and RevenueCat records purchases under a random anonymous ID so they can be delivered and restored. We do not receive your card or payment details.

To restore eligible purchases, open Settings > PURCHASES > Restore purchases and use the same Apple Account you bought with. Refund requests, billing disputes and payment issues are handled under Apple's rules. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.

Optional reward videos

The game offers reward videos through Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one. Ads are child-directed, non-personalized and limited to G-rated content, as described in the Privacy Policy. Video availability depends on the advertising service and your connection.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with or overload the game or its services, bypass purchase requirements or security controls, use unauthorized automation to exploit the game, or use the app unlawfully. Do not copy, distribute or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law or an applicable license permits it.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains the game's use of Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, RevenueCat, Apple and AdMob, along with retention and deletion choices. Third-party services are subject to their own applicable terms. Apple's App Store terms and usage rules apply to your download and purchases; see Apple's standard end-user license agreement where applicable.

Availability and changes

KAL Foundry may update, modify, rebalance, suspend or discontinue Planet Foundry or parts of the game, subject to applicable law and any rights you have for purchases. We do not promise that every feature or third-party service will always be available.

Ending your use

You can stop using Planet Foundry by deleting the game. To request deletion of data associated with your game's anonymous ID, follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy. We may restrict access to our services for serious or repeated misuse or when required by law.

Disclaimer

Planet Foundry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted. These terms do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAL Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Planet Foundry. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

KAL Foundry may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
